Please be advised that as of today, The Settlement on Wilmington Island Blog Site will no longer be actively maintained.
At the end of 2015, the HOA board voted to move our community to a Facebook page to save money and to make it easier to disseminate information to homeowners.
All homeowner files are now housed on the Facebook page under the "FILES" tab at the top. A tab for photos and events have also been added.
The new Board will meet on Thursday, January 14, 2016 and the 2016 budget will be presented at that meeting. If you have any concerns that they would like the board to address, please contact Roni Libow at 898-9455 or Caroline Bontempo at 897-7772.
